Product Description
Dragon fruit, also called pitaya, is sweet and nutritious fruit. It is rich in pulp fiber, carotene, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, natural pigments anthocyanins. It also contains some trace elements such as selenium, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, and magnesium. As a result of its numerous nutrients, dragon fruit has various health benefits, such as losing weight, lowering cholesterol levels, preventing constipation, preventing colorectal cancer, and whitening skin.
